I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. I hold multiple certifications, including NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), and WLS (Weight Loss Specialist).

I combine old-school training methods with modern techniques to create personalized programs that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance. I also specialize in identifying body imbalances and strengthening underused muscles, helping clients move more efficiently and reduce the risk of injury.

“When I began working with Jay I could barely incline bench 315 for a sloppy single rep, and my deadlift max was around 495, after training with Jay for about 6 months my incline had gone up to an easy 405 for five reps and my deadlift had gotten to a comfortable 635 for four reps. This was all while dealing with preexisting injuries as well, I had a shoulder issue and a bulged disc in my back, but with the movements Jay had me doing I was able to work around and improve these conditions.
